The Graham at Gracepoint is a 90-unit, 3 story housing development located in Tampa, FL. The building is part of the greater Gracepoint campus, which is a mental wellness facility. The project will serve two populations - 45 units on the north wing for senior housing, and the 45 units on the south wing for housing for functional residents with disabilities. As part of the scope of the project, the original Graham Home was demolished to make way for the new building.
