Rollins College Lakeside Neighborhood

As Florida's first college, Rollins College was founded in 1885 and this iconic Winter Park landmark is still growing strong. The Lakeside Neighborhood is a two-building complex, with 250,000 sq. ft. featuring125 rooms. Each dorm includes a fully furnished living room, full kitchen, private bathroom, closet, workspace, and storage space. The community features a fitness center,  store, and campus office space.

Plaza on University, a premier mixed use student housing and retail project, resides on 14 acres just outside the main entrance of the University of Central Florida on the northwest corner of University Boulevard and Alafaya Boulevard in Orlando, Florida. This 650,000 sq. ft. project houses 364-units within a 5-story wood-framed building. Plaza on University boasts 60,000 sq. ft. of retail space among the first floor and a ten-story precast parking garage.

The 10-acre site includes 416 units, 4 courtyards, and a five half-story precast concrete parking garage to accommodate all residents. There are 9 apartment styles, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom units. Property amenities include a zero pool, first class fitness center, volleyball court, and putting green.
