TRYP by Wyndham Orlando is the fourth hotel in Florida for the growing cosmopolitan brand. Celebrating the spirit of the urban traveler, each TRYP hotel is infused with local spirit allowing
guests to uncover each destination’s individual culture. Guests enjoy a repeating pattern of Orlando streets at the first TRYP by Wyndham in Orlando.

RESIDENCE INN AT FLAMINGO CROSSINGS

Residence Inn Orlando at Flamingo Crossings Town Center is an all-suite brand, combining upscale style and functionality. This 204,000 square foot hotel features 223 high end units. Each of the spacious suites feature a full kitchen and separate spaces for living and sleeping. This is one of two projects that WPC is involved in the vibrant Flamingo Crossings area near Walt Disney World, both projects with the same owner and architect.

FAIRFIELD INN AT FLAMINGO CROSSINGS

Winter Garden, Florida

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Orlando at Flamingo Crossings Town Center offers upscale accommodations and suites. This 155,000 square foot hotel features 274 high end units, each
equipped with mini refrigerators and a microwave. The hotel features a heated resort style pool with a splash pad near the outdoor Food Cabana, the Flying Flamingo. Other amenities include a mini soccer field with turf, batting cages and a basketball court. This is one of two projects that WPC is involved in the vibrant Flamingo Crossings area near Walt Disney World, both projects with the same ownerand architect.

LA QUINTA - DEL SOL

Orlando, Florida

La Quinta Inn Orlando International Drive North was Wyndham’s first prototype of its kind constructed in Florida. The 101-room 4-story wood framed building features a distinctively chic and modern design. Inspired by extensive guest-experience research, the Del Sol prototype combines iconic brand elements with elegantly clean geometric lines. Totaling just over 55,000 square feet, the structure includes guest rooms, meeting rooms, a great room, fitness room and breakfast area along with an outdoor pool.

With our ongoing 20+ year relationship, WPC has partnered with Hilton to complete 2 large resorts, the Tuscany and Sea World comprising more than 800 units and 15,000 square feet of commercial space. Hiltons’ Tuscany resort is 34 acres of
Mediterranean themed buildings and amenities. The resort offers floor plans that range from cozy studios to villas in one, two, and three bedrooms.

The Point Orlando Resort is centrally located near the Orange County Convention Center and Orlando’s most exciting attractions like Universal Orlando Resort, Wet ‘n Wild, SeaWorld Orlando and Walt Disney World. The Point features thoughtfully appointed suites, featuring spacious living areas and spectacular views of the Orlando landscape. Guests enjoy deluxe amenities such as an outdoor pool and hot
tub, fitness center, business center, a 3-story clubhouse, and meeting facilities

THE FOUNTAINS

The Fountains is a world-class resort set within 54 acres surrounding the serene natural setting of Lake Eve and located along popular International Drive. Each of the two-bedroom villas are richly appointed with all the comforts of home. Most feature a screened balcony overlooking the lake,
a fully equipped kitchen, and a garden tub. The Fountains is also home to Bluegreen’s Wakoola Springs, as 75,000 square foot tropical oasis - with two twisting water slides, a zero-entry pool, interactive water fountains, two hot tubs, two bridges and two fire circles for campfires.
