This remarkable $16.9 million project encompasses a 94,488 sq. ft. affordable senior housing community located on 5.4 acres near Millenia Mall in Orlando, Florida. With the successful completion of Madison Landing II, Orange County's commitment to providing affordable housing for low-income seniors takes a significant leap forward.
Addressing the Affordable Housing Crisis: Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings through public-private partnerships (PPP), the county has been able to initiate numerous projects aimed at addressing the housing affordability crisis. By removing regulatory barriers, creating new financial resources, targeting areas of access and opportunity, and engaging the community and industry, the 10-year Action Plan presented by the Housing for All Task Force is making significant strides in ensuring housing for all.
