Topping Out Celebration - Madison Landing II

In partnership with Orange County, American Residential Communities and New South Residential, LLC - WPC is celebrating the Topping Out of Madison Landing II a $16.9 million – 94,000 sq. ft. affordable senior housing community located on 5.4 acres of land near Millenia Mall at 5808 S. Rio Grande Avenue in Orlando, Florida.

In the construction industry "Topping Out" is a builders' rite traditionally held when the last beam is placed atop a structure. WPC and construction partners celebrate the Topping Out of Madison Landing II.

WPC broke ground in December on Madison Landing II. It was a monumental December day for Orange County, when WPC broke ground on Madison Landing II at the same time as cutting the ribbon on Madison Landing, a $23 million – 105,011 sq. ft. affordable senior housing community located on 5.4 acres of land near Millenia Mall at 5800 S. Rio Grande Avenue in Orlando, Florida
