As 2024 draws to a close, we reflect on a monumental year for WPC—a year filled with milestones, celebrations, and achievements that honor our 50-year legacy of Building Beyond the Blueprint®. Shown here, we are taking this opportunity to “Toot our Own Horn” as they say and to showcase the incredible list of honors and awards, we have earned this year. While we don’t set out to win awards, the recognitions we have received this year are a testament to the combined talents and passion of our entire team.  From the strategic vision and guidance of our leadership to the hands-on expertise and hard work of our job site teams, every individual plays a vital role in our success. Projects: Recognitions That Showcase Our Construction Expertise: 

• Summer House at Lake Apopka, in partnership with Nvision and NM Residential, was recognized by the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO) with two prestigious awards: the Blue Ribbon Award for innovation in multifamily construction and the Golden Key Award for excellence in interior design.

• Another partnership with Nvision and NM Residential - Vale East Student Community was honored by AAGO for Student Community of the Year.

• Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Honorable Mentions to unique projects: A multifamily community - Summer House at Lake Apopka: Featuring 264 units, a clubhouse, and thoughtfully designed spaces, this project epitomizes modern living and Sonata Lake Mary a $62 million senior living community blending resort-style amenities and healthcare innovations to enrich lives.

This year, WPC ranked #12 among the Most Philanthropic Companies in terms of donations and #14 in volunteer hours.
