WPC Named as TOP TEN - 2024 "Top Workplaces Central Florida"

Updated: Feb 6, 2025
For the sixth year, employee survey firm Energage has partnered with the Orlando Sentinel to determine the best places to work in Central Florida. The Top Workplaces award is not a popularity contest, nor does everyone receive a ribbon. Only a select few are honored based on a scientific survey process that measures employee satisfaction. Energage administers an employee survey covering 24 factors, employees offer feedback on a range of topics, including pay and benefits, leadership, meaningfulness, direction, and appreciation. The data is then analyzed, and scores each company based on employee responses. In 2024, 3,193 organizations were invited to survey their employees, with 164 participating. Based on the feedback received, 129 companies earned the prestigious Top Workplaces distinction.
Energage CEO Eric Rubino, “Being honored with a Top Workplaces award is a distinctive mark of excellence, setting companies apart in a recognizable way. Top Workplaces embody the highest standards, and this award, rooted in authentic employee feedback, is a point of immense pride for company leaders.”
The award is open to any employer with 35 or more employees in Central Florida. Companies earn Top Workplaces recognition when their employees’ feedback scores exceed national benchmarks. These scores are based on data from over 30 million employees across 18 years. Employers are grouped by size to compare similar employee experiences, and only companies with enough employee participation are eligible for the award.

This piece covered more ground than I expected going in, without ever feeling rushed or incomplete anywhere. The author organized the information logically, making even denser sections genuinely easy to follow through. That organization is exactly what makes an informative blog worth reading closely and carefully. Thanks for such a logically organized and genuinely thorough piece.
I've been trying to build a better understanding of this subject over the past few weeks, and this piece finally moved the needle considerably. The author explained the core mechanism clearly, using an analogy that made an otherwise abstract concept feel genuinely tangible and easy to grasp. That analogy stuck with me well after finishing the piece, which is a good sign of writing that actually teaches rather than just informs. I appreciated that the explanation didn't stop at the basics, pushing into a slightly more advanced application near the end. That extra layer gave the piece genuine staying power, rewarding readers willing to go past the introductory material. It's the kind of writing that builds real understanding rather than…
Came across this interesting blog while looking into something completely different, and ended up reading way more than I planned. There's a nice curiosity behind the writing here that makes even smaller details feel worth mentioning. I liked that the piece didn't just stick to the obvious points but explored a few angles I hadn't considered before. It's the kind of content that makes you want to dig deeper into the topic afterward. Definitely adding this to my list of regular reads.
I used this star wars name generator for a new cosplay persona and ended up keeping the very first result. Surprisingly clean interface too, which makes testing multiple names fast.
