The 30th Annual RUMP RYDER CUP

It was October 1990 when the crew from WPC first challenged Terry's Electric to a friendly golf competition. Early on this competitive fun day turned into the RUMP RYDER CUP, so named from the well-known international match The Ryder Cup between pros from the US and Europe, with the addition of a humorous twist. The trophy is a bust of the back end of a horse.

This October was the 30th Annual Rump Ryder Cup held at Four Seasons Golf and Country Club. This year the tournament was dedicated to WPC Founder, Tracy Forrest - who passed away one week before the already scheduled event. Although Tracy didn't play golf, he and Terry's Electric founder Terry Quigley encouraged both the competitive nature and camaraderie of the annual event. He would have enjoyed hearing that WPC took home the trophy this year as the 2020 winners. Special thank you to WPC team member Larry Muller and Terry's Electric's John Clancy for coordinating the tournament for the past 30 years.
