In September we broke ground on Madison Landing,an affordable senior housing project set to open in the Fall of 2021. Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings, shown below at the event.
Rollins College - New Lakeside Neighborhood was ready for student arrival in September. The new $71 million student housing project is part of the school's strategic initiative to have a three-year, on-campus residency requirement in the 2021-2022 academic year.
WPC is making progress on two hospitality construction projects as part of Disney's master-planned mixed-use center, Flamingo Crossings. The $30.5M Residence Inn by Marriott at Flamingo Crossings and the $25M Fairfield by Marriott at Flamingo Crossings.
