In July we completed construction on the remodel (renovation) for INNISFREE Hotels, on their Beachside Hotel and Suites located at 3901 N Atlantic Ave in Cocoa Beach. Originally built in 1965, the 170-room hotel underwent a 10-month, $5.9 million renovation after Innisfree Hotels purchased the property in 2018. Also in July, we wrapped up an exciting project multifamily project - Urbon Apartment Homes - setting a new standard for connected living and luxury lifestyles, located on the border of Baldwin Park and Audubon Park in beautiful Orlando, Florida.
Things are coming along on XL Soccer World's NEW 50,000-square-foot, indoor athletic complex in Lake Nona. Lake Nona’s active community will soon get to experience the best way to play or watch sports in Florida – in air conditioning.
