In 1974, Tracy Forrest started a small home renovation company in Winter Park Florida with a handful of employees and a pickup truck – he called it Winter Park Construction (now WPC). Building on the core principle of Building Beyond the Blueprint® and delivering on WPC’s signature “do it right the first time" promise – the company grew – and grew!
As trust in WPC grew so did our client base, our project scopes, and our team. One of the first WPC offices was on Park Avenue in Winter Park, Florida. And in 1982 we moved into our new space at 221 Circle Drive in Maitland (shown above), which grew with us (shown below today).
And today as we are making strategic choices about how to efficiently evolve our business into the next 50 years of our existence, our team is excited to announce the move to our new home at 529 East Crown Point Road, Suite 140 in Ocoee, Florida.
