Over the course of the last 19 years, WPC has partnered with Hilton to complete two large resorts, the Tuscany and Sea World comprising more than 800 units and 15,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. Additionally, we have completed six renovation and build-out projects.

Shown here - Hiltons’ Tuscany resort is 34 acres of Mediterranean themed buildings and amenities. The resort offers floor plans that range from cozy studios to villas in one, two, and three bedrooms. Featured in the villas are whirlpool jet tubs in the master bath and fully-equipped kitchens. The resort comprises of luxury vacation villas, a grand porte-cochere leading to a piazza, lush landscaping, beautiful gardens and a lakefront walking path. Recreational amenities include a fitness center, sports court, elaborate fountains, swimming pools, whirlpool spas and an interactive children’s pool.
