WPC’s project team recently completed the final phase of The Reserve at Vista Cay, our first project with Vista Cay Development, we hope to work with Vista Cay on many future projects.
The Reserve at Vista Cay is a timeshare community located at 9924 Universal Boulevard, directly across from Shingle Creek Resort, and in the well-established Vista Cay Resort in Orlando, Florida. The Reserve at Vista Cay features 160 new, fully furnished two and three-bedroom units. These units feature luxury finishes, open floor plans, modern design, and high-end construction techniques. Winter Park Construction is the General Contractor for the project and the architect is Fugleberg Koch, LLC.
Built in the shadow of the impact of COVID-19, this project had challenges in terms of both availability of vendors and the permitting processes. Thanks to the resourcefulness of the project team at WPC and at Vista Cay, we remained flexible and creative throughout the process and were able to deliver the project on time.
