We are thrilled to share an update on the Madison Grove project, the latest testament to WPC's commitment to constructing vibrant, affordable housing communities.
Groundbreaking Achievements
In partnership with American Residential Communities (ARC) and New South Residential, LLC, WPC is currently working on two new affordable housing initiatives in Central Florida this year (Madison Grove and Madison Oaks). Bringing the total number of affordable housing projects between WPC and ARC to six, including five senior communities and one family-housing community. Projects Include Madison Landing and Madison Landing II (both located in Orange County) and Madison Heights and Madison Highlands (both located in Hillsborough County). The two new projects Madison Grove and Madison Oaks West are located in Osceola and Marion counties, respectively.
Introducing Madison Grove
Madison Grove is a beacon of progress in St. Cloud, Florida. Launched in 2023, this $23.5 million project spans a generous 71,546 square feet, promising a comfortable and enriching environment for seniors. The development features 80 units, with a mix of 53 one-bedroom and 27 two-bedroom homes, all nestled within a 2.01-acre parcel at 3400 Progress Lane.
