Marina Walk Apartments - Skyway Marina District in St. Petersburg

WPC recently completed the 245-unit Marina Walk Apartments located in the Skyway Marina District neighborhood of St. Petersburg, Florida (located at 4601 34th Street South). A Miami Modern architectural style featuring contemporary interior design elements will offer a unique, fresh ambiance for the Tampa Bay area.

Community amenities include a resort-style pool with cabanas, a clubhouse lounge and business center, a clubroom, a Sky Lounge on the 7th floor overlooking the Boca Ciega Bay aquatic preserve, private workspace offices, and a conference room for work-at-home residents, multiple outdoor terraces, and covered patios.
