WPC is progressing on the 245-unit Marina Walk Apartments located in the Skyway Marina District neighborhood of St. Petersburg, Florida (located at 4601 34th Street South). A Miami Modern architectural style featuring contemporary interior design elements will offer a unique, fresh ambiance for the Tampa Bay area.
The Skway Marina District area is located 5 minutes from St. Pete Beach and downtown St. Petersburg, the Skyway Marina District is touted as an ideal location for shopping and play.
