WPC broke ground in December on a new 264-unit multifamily housing development near Lake Apopka in Orange County, Florida. Summer House at Lake Apopka, located at 1438 Marden Road, will consist of 4 apartment buildings, a clubhouse, 10 garage buildings, a swimming pool, and multiple unique hardscape spaces with amenity seating areas. The project is on track for completion in late 2023.
Summer House at Lake Apopka is the fifth multifamily project Winter Park Construction (WPC), Nvision and NM Residential have partnered on together. The others include Venice Isles in Sarasota, Champions Vue Apartments in Davenport, Serenity at Lake Wales and Orlando’s Vale East Apartments.
