WPC is nearing completion of the final phase of The Reserve at Vista Cay, located at 9924 Universal Boulevard (directly across from Shingle Creek Resort). The new timeshare rental community is located in the highly rated, well-established Vista Cay Resort in Orlando, Florida.
The Reserve at Vista Cay Resort will feature 160 new, luxurious, fully furnished two and three-bedroom units. These units feature luxury finishes, open floor plans, modern design, and high-end construction techniques. Winter Park Construction is the General Contractor for the project and the architect is Fugleberg Koch, LLC.
