WPC is on schedule to meet an early summer 2021 grand opening date for The Blake at Hamlin - a new assisted living and memory care community located at 4814 Hamlin Groves Trail - North of Hamlin Town Center in the fast-growing Horizon West area of Orange County, Florida. The Blake at Hamlin will provide 101 units comprised of 33 memory care and 68 assisted living - within an 88,000 square foot, two-story building. The architect for the project is Young, Wier + Boerner Architecture, PLLC. The Blake at Hamlin is the first of two projects WPC currently has underway with developer, Cardinal Ventures. The second project, The Blake at Viera, is breaking ground in 2021.
The Blake at Hamlin’s assisted living accommodations offer personalized floor plans, security, and monitoring technology, customized wellness programs, and hospitality services from concierge to laundry. For residents who experience memory loss from Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia, The Blake at Hamlin’s memory care suites include a monitoring system configured to match each resident’s behavioral pattern, creating a continuous protective, noninvasive security for the resident.
