In Multifamily Construction News: Aston Park and Aston Square Projects Reach Key Milestones

In the rapidly expanding Central Florida region, the demand for diverse and quality rental housing options is at an all-time high. Multiple new projects are springing up to address this growing need and contribute to the vibrant living spaces this area has to offer. We are thrilled to collaborate once again with Kimaya, LLC, a division of Park Square CRE, on two high profile multifamily projects. By capitalizing on our shared expertise and unified vision, we are creating dynamic and superior residential solutions. Today, we are excited to share with you the advancements on these two transformative projects, both of which are on track to offer premier residential choices in 2024.

Aston Square Apartments, in Kissimmee, Florida, is a 17-acre multifamily project that will consist of (4) 4-story apartment buildings totaling 287 dwelling units. In total, the project unit mix and building layout will consist of 333,000 sq. ft.– including an 11,000 sq. ft. community center and 4,000 sq. ft. leasing office. Residents will enjoy a full list of lifestyle-centered amenities including a pool, recreational area, and gathering spaces. This residential development promises to offer stylish, modern apartment homes that harmoniously blend comfort and practicality.

Aston Park Apartments, in Davenport, Florida, is a 27.3-acre multifamily project that will consist of (4) 4-story apartment buildings and (10) carriage homes, totaling 338 dwelling units. In total, the project unit mix and building layout will consist of 503,300 sq. ft. - including an 11,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. Additional amenities include a pool, dog park, fire table and an outdoor kitchen. Residents will enjoy a unique outdoor area with artificial turf, community seating area, and sand-play area.

Aston Park is approaching ‘topping out'. In construction terminology, 'topping out' refers to the stage of construction when the last beam (or its equivalent) is placed atop a structure. It marks a significant milestone, symbolizing that the project has reached its maximum height and the main structure is now complete. This momentous achievement reflects our commitment to delivering on our promises in a timely manner, all while maintaining our high standards of safety and quality.
