WPC broke ground on the Aston Square Apartments site located on E. Vine St. in Kissimmee, Florida in May. This 17-acre multifamily project will consist of (4) 4-story apartment buildings totaling 287 dwelling units. In total, the project unit mix and building layout will consist of 333,000 square feet – including an 11,000 square foot community center and 4,000 square foot leasing office. This is the third project for WPC and Kimaya LLC.

This 27.3-acre multifamily project will consist of (4) 4-story apartment buildings and (10) carriage homes, totaling 338 dwelling units. In total, the project unit mix and building layout will consist of 508,809 square feet – including an 11,000 square foot clubhouse. Additional amenities include pool, dog park, fire table and outdoor kitchen. Residents will enjoy a unique outdoor area with artificial turf, community seating area, and a play sand area.
