WPC broke ground on the Aston Square Apartments site located on E. Vine St. in Kissimmee, Florida in May. This 17-acre multifamily project will consist of (4) 4-story apartment buildings totaling 287 dwelling units. In total, the project unit mix and building layout will consist of 333,000 square feet – including an 11,000 square foot community center and 4,000 square foot leasing office. This is the third project for WPC and Kimaya LLC.
WPC broke ground in January on Aston Park Apartments located at 51501 Highway 27 in Davenport, Florida. This 27.3-acre multifamily project will consist of (4) 4-story apartment buildings and (10) carriage homes, totaling 338 dwelling units. In total, the project unit mix and building layout will consist of 508,809 square feet – including an 11,000 square foot clubhouse. Additional amenities include pool, dog park, fire table and outdoor kitchen. Residents will enjoy a unique outdoor area with artificial turf, community seating area, and a play sand area.
