WPC is making great progress on the Douglas Grand at Telecom Park located in Temple Terrace, Florida. This 19-acre multifamily project will consist of 331 units throughout (2) 4 story apartment buildings, (1) 3-story townhome building, (2) garage buildings, and (6) covered parking pavilions.

There is a total of 334,597 sq ft – including an 8,322 sq ft-club house. Amenities include a co-workspace, yoga room, kid's play area, exercise room, pool pavilion, a courtyard pavilion, and a dog park. The architect for the project is Scott & Cormia Architects.

This is the second project WPC will have completed for DG Telecom, LLC. The first was Douglas at Westside, LLC - a $67M 336-unit Class “A” garden apartment development, located at the intersection of U.S. 192 and Westside Boulevard in Kissimmee, Osceola County, Florida.
