Located in the picturesque setting of Temple Terrace, Florida, the Douglas Grand at Telecom Park spans a sprawling 19 acres. Once complete, this multifamily project will house 331 units distributed across (2) 4-story apartment buildings, (1) 3-story townhome building, (2) garage buildings, and (6) covered parking pavilions. This project offers an expansive total space of 334,597 sq ft, which includes an ultra-modern 8,322 sq ft clubhouse.

This is not our first collaboration with DG Telecom, LLC. We previously completed the Douglas at Westside, LLC, a grand $67M 336-unit Class “A” garden apartment development, positioned strategically at the intersection of U.S. 192 and Westside Boulevard in Kissimmee, Osceola County, Florida.
