Sonata Lake Mary is a $62 million resort-style campus being built in Lake Mary, Florida. Located on a seven-acre site within the 153-acre, $750 million Lake Mary Wellness and Technology Park mixed-use development, the signature property will feature a mix of 193 assisted living, independent living, and memory care apartments. WPC broke ground in January on Aston Park Apartments located at 51501 Highway 27 in Davenport, Florida. This 27.3-acre multifamily project will consist of (4) 4-story apartment buildings and (10) carriage homes, totaling 338 dwelling units. In total, the project unit mix and building layout will consist of 508,809 square feet – including an 11,000 square foot clubhouse. In partnership with Orange County, American Residential Communities and New South Residential, LLC - WPC broke ground in December on Phase 2 of Madison Landing, a $16.9 million – 94,000 sq. ft. affordable senior housing community located on 5.4 acres of land near Millenia Mall at 5808 S. Rio Grande Avenue in Orlando, Florida. Read More
WPC broke ground in February 2022 on the Douglas Grand at Telecom Park located in Temple Terrace, Florida. This 19-acre multifamily project will consist of 331 units throughout (2) 4 story apartment buildings, (1) 3-story townhome building, (2) garage buildings, and (6) covered parking pavilions. Read More
